		Jeffrey P. McClanathan jeff@mbacpallc.com Jeff holds more than 30 years of diversified experience in all areas of tax, accounting, business consulting and litigation. Jeff brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to the firm from his tenure at a National CPA firm, a Regional firm and over twenty years at Gregory, Sharer & Stuart, P.A. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Jeff received his certification in 1979 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accounts (FICPA). Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Jeff’s passion for this city is immense. From the arts to business and politics, he plays an active role in the community.
		C. Todd Burg todd@mbacpallc.com Todd specializes in litigation, forensic accounting and valuation services. His expertise in these areas began in 1983 when he joined Ernst & Young, LLP where he provided tax and accounting services for legal, professional group practices and other small businesses. In 1990, Todd joined Gregory, Sharer & Stuart, P.A., and specialized in valuation and litigation services. Todd formed his own litigation, valuation, and forensic accounting firm in 2006 and co-founded McClanathan, Burg & Associates in January 2007. Todd was raised in St. Petersburg and graduated from Auburn University. Accredited in Business Valuations and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (AICPA), Todd continues his focus in the areas of litigation, forensic accounting, and valuation services. Todd is a member of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Section and the Institute of Business Appraisers and is active within the community.
		Susan C. Hanna shanna@mbacpallc.com Sue joined the firm in 2009 when McClanathan, Burg & Associates merged with Roberts, Hanna & Arndt, P.A. Sue brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm with her expertise in QuickBooks, Peachtree and various other accounting/tax software. Sue has over 25 years experience in the areas of tax, accounting, auditing and business management. She began her career with Ernst & Young, LLP before becoming a founding shareholder of Roberts, Hanna & Arndt, P.A. Sue’s primary area of focus includes audits, reviews and corporate taxation for a wide range of entities. Sue is originally from upstate New York and earned her accounting degree from Bucknell University. Sue is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accounts (FICPA). She is an active member in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for The Canterbury School of Florida as well as Florida Resurrection House.
